Past generations have viewed their place of work as simply a “job.” A necessary activity that pays the bills. So many songs and stories are told of how Monday morning is something to be dreaded and life doesn’t begin again until Friday evening. It doesn’t have to be this way. By switching out one letter, “job” can change to “joy.” If only it was that easy in life. But, make no mistake, it IS POSSIBLE!

Throughout our lifetime we will spend as much as 1/3 of our life working. Shouldn’t it be everything we hoped for? Shouldn’t it be not just a job, but a career we are passionate about that realizes our purpose?
